Rethink travelling experience for hitchhikers with gaming

Project 1: HitchiGo

Context

when? where? who? why?

Imagine that you are a hitch-hiker, you are alone during the end of the afternoon in a “remote” place, what would be your wildest dream in this situation ? Finding a friendly driver who could get you closer or even to your destination ! Our app aims at tackling this kind of challenges.

The service offered is a service of car sharing focus on hitchhikers.

This will take place on an smartphone application. This latter will have some features such as:

So, the application is in two parts, one is for hitchhikers and the other is for drivers. The driver use its application as a simple GPS. When a hitchhiker want to use this service, he ask, on the application, to be taken by a driver that is on the same route than him. Then, a notification pop-up on the driver's screen that inform him that a hitchhiker is available on its road and if he wants to take him. If yes, the path showed on the GPS is modified to follow the hitchhiker's route.

Project 2: The autonomous hitch-hiker

Context

when? where? who? why?

As an hitch-hiker of the future, what if your driver was replaced by an autonomous vehicle available at any time ? Certain person would be pleased, however, talking with the A.I of your autonomous vehicle could became boring very quickly, the answer to change your hitch-hiking experience : immersive VR video-games. Discover how our app enables you to experience the new wave of hitch-hiking !

Target

for whom?

As the first Project, the main target will be the hitchhikers that are delighted to travel.

Moreover, in the future, the transportation will be completely autonomous with cars or trucks without any drivers. That is why electrical vehicule such as Semi Tesla will be a huge part of the projet.

Finally, the last target is the company that will developped a gaming technology which is showed in the movie Ready Player One. These companies would be Occulus, Playstation or others companies.

Service offered

what? how?

We offer an app that enables users to book an amazing travel and gaming experience. More precisely, people will book “seats” in autonomous vehicles that are fully equipped with VR hardware (headset, headphones and so on). Our users will have access to a large library of immersive video games. The approach is reconsidering hitch-hiking in a more "individual" (IRL) yet fun experience. Moreover, the social aspect of hitch-hiking will be decentralized toward "gaming communities".
